NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT IS FREE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1) Sponsor: Raintank Inc. DBA Grafana Labs. (“Sponsor”).
2) Eligibility: Open only to individuals age 18 or older who are legal residents of the U.S. and who attend the event in person at Franklin Barbecue, 900 E 11th St, Austin, TX 78702, on October 7, 2026 (the “Event”). Employees of Sponsor and of Franklin Barbecue, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3) No Cost to Enter: The Event is free and open to invited guests. There is no fee, purchase, payment, or donation of any kind required to attend the Event or to enter this Sweepstakes.
4) How to Enter: Each eligible individual who attends and checks in at the Event receives one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person. Entries are accepted only in person at the Event on October 7, 2026; no other method of entry is offered. Entries will no longer be provided upon the earlier of 1) 2 hours after the event start time or 2) 30 minutes prior to winner selection.
5) Prizes: Two (2) prize packages will be awarded. Each package consists of (a) one pair of three-day general admission tickets to the 2026 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in Austin, TX (approximate retail value “ARV” $566 per pair) and (b) one Event parking pass (ARV $351). Total ARV per package: $917. Total ARV, all prizes: $1,834. Prizes are non-transferable and awarded as-is; no cash or other substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6) Winner Selection: Two (2) winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries at the Event on October 7, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing to claim a prize; if a selected entrant is not present or cannot be verified as eligible, Sponsor may redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
7) Conditions: Winners may be required to sign a written affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release before receiving a prize. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any change, cancellation, or postponement of the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix or for lost or stolen tickets/passes after delivery to the winner.
8) General: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Event Policy (https://grafana.com/legal/event-terms-and-conditions/), Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://grafana.com/legal/privacy-policy/) and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant, or modify or cancel the Sweepstakes, to protect its integrity or to comply with local law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All transportation, lodging, meals, security fees, gratuities, and any other expenses not explicitly listed as part of the prize packages in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners.
9) Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any awarded prize.
